Beto O'Rourke says he won't run for president

Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-TX) said he does not plan on ever running for President in order to devote more time to his family and potentially being a Texas senator. CNN invited Sen. Ted Cruz multiple times to appear tonight in his own town hall, but he declined.
